  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Blueberry topping

  • ½–1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

🥣 Instructions

1. Make the base

  • Place Weetabix in a bowl or jar
  • Pour milk over it
  • Mash and press down to form a firm base layer

2. Prepare cheesecake layer

  • Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla
  • Stir until smooth and creamy

3. Make blueberry topping

  • Heat blueberries with honey and lemon juice for 3–5 minutes until slightly thick
    (or use fresh blueberries without cooking)
  • Let cool

4. Assemble

  • Spread cheesecake layer over the base
  • Add blueberry topping on top

5. Chill overnight
