- 3 tablespoons olive oil

🍳 Instructions
1. Prep Ingredients
- Wash and dry greens
- Drain mandarin oranges if using canned
- Lightly toast almonds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes until golden
2. Make Dressing
In a small bowl or jar:
- Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity
3. Assemble Salad
- In a large bowl, add greens
- Top with oranges, almonds, onion, cucumber, and cheese
4. Toss & Serve
