🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
🧾 Ingredients
Base layer
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or coconut oil (helps it melt smoothly)
🥣 Instructions
1. Prepare the base
In a bowl, mix:
- Oats
- Peanut butter
- Honey
- Melted butter
- Vanilla
- Salt
Stir until everything is well combined and sticky.
2. Press into pan
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper
- Press oat mixture firmly and evenly into the pan
3. Melt chocolate topping
- Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter (or coconut oil)
- Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between until smooth
4. Spread chocolate layer
- Pour melted chocolate over oat base
- Spread evenly with a spatula
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm
6. Slice
- Cut into bars or squares
- Serve chilled

- Lasts up to 1 week
- Can be frozen for up to 1 month
