🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🥣 Instructions
1. Whip the cream
- In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form
(light and fluffy, not stiff)
2. Mix base
- In another bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla
- Stir until smooth
3. Combine
- Gently fold whipped cream into condensed milk
- Do this in batches to keep it airy
4. Freeze
- Pour mixture into a container
- Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight
🍦 Serve
- Scoop and enjoy!
- Let sit 2–3 minutes before serving if very firm

- Fold gently to keep the ice cream light and creamy
- Use cold cream for better whipping
