- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

- ½ cup cranberry sauce or dried cranberries (rehydrated)
🍮 Cream layer
- 2 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🍫 Top layer (optional but festive)
- Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate
- Crushed nuts (pistachios or almonds)
- Pomegranate seeds for decoration
🥣 Instructions
1. Make the base
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar
- Press firmly into a glass dish or tray
- Chill for 15–20 minutes
2. Prepare cream layer
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla
- Fold in whipped cream gently until fluffy
3. Assemble layers
- Spread fruit layer over chilled biscuit base
- Add creamy layer on top and smooth it out
4. Decorate
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings, nuts, and pomegranate seeds
- Add a festive swirl or pattern on top if you like
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (overnight is best)
