- 200 g dark chocolate (good quality, ~60–70% cocoa)
- 1½ cups cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
- Melt the chocolate
Break into pieces and melt gently (microwave in short bursts or double boiler). Let it cool slightly—not hot.
- Whip the cream
Beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form (light and fluffy, not stiff).
- Combine
- Fold half the whipped cream into the melted chocolate to lighten it
- Gently fold in the remaining cream
- Sift in cocoa powder and fold until smooth
- Chill
Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
