🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional, adds richness)
- 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
🥣 Instructions
1. Melt chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter
- Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth
2. Add crunch
- Stir in crispy rice cereal
- Mix gently until fully coated
3. Shape
- Line a tray or pan with parchment paper
- Pour mixture in and spread evenly (about 1–2 cm thick)
4. Chill
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm
5. Cut & serve
- Slice into bars or squares
