🥣 Instructions

1. Make the base

  • In a small saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and cornflour
  • Whisk well until no lumps remain

2. Cook

  • Heat on medium flame
  • Stir continuously until mixture thickens into a smooth custard-like base
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla

3. Cool it

  • Let it cool completely (important so it doesn’t melt cream)
  • You can chill it in the fridge for 20–30 minutes

4. Whip it

  • Fold in whipped cream gently
  • Mix until light, fluffy, and airy

5. Serve
